The Aesthetic of Kepler Station

The story that I'm currently writing takes place on Kepler Station, which, along with Ceres Station, is one of the oldest and biggest stations in the belt. It’s a pretty old ass station built during the early eras of belt colonization, so we're talking over 50 years of history here at the point of my story. When it was built, it was built with a more ‘luxurious’ aesthetic in mind, but as time went on a lot of the interior has weathered. A lot of faded old carpets, rusted gold colored railings, apartments that were once a part of bigger luxury flats that got divided off to house more residents.
Still, it's somewhat thriving. It has a big beltie jazz scene (which I imagine a genre that's a mix of jazz, punk rock, and spoken word poetry) near cordelia square where a lot of the famous jazz clubs are located, also a place where some of the bigger hotels are located, so a lot of tourists come here too. There is also a kuiper belt museum where you can see the history of belt colonization Cordelia square has a statue of Cordelia Miller (founder of Miller industries) and a memorial plaque with all the pioneers of belt colonization. This square & the statue is often the site for protests, which takes place in the events of my story.
There are always performers near the restaurants of cordelia square, some of them advertising the jazz clubs, bars, and restaurants. It also has an ‘artificial sky’ similar to these ones in venus fort, Japan, which I think is closed down as of now, but I remember going there a few times when I was a kid.

As of the architecture though, for the square, I imagine something similar what Bioshock 2's siren alley did. A somewhat futuristic new orleans style balconied buildings like here.
